Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and unactivated, in its original packaging with all accessories included. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. The IMEI or serial number must match the original shipment. Activated devices or items showing signs of use will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for activated electronic devices, used or damaged items, custom or special-order products, sale items, gift cards, or hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order after the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. Returned items must be unused, unactivated, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or card issuers may require additional time to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@nbmobile.eu.
