By accepting this Agreement, the BUYER acknowledges and agrees in advance that upon confirmation of the order, they are obliged to pay the total order amount, including the product price and any additional costs such as shipping fees and applicable taxes, and confirms that they have been duly informed of these obligations.
2. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

REGULATION: Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014 / No. 29188)
SELLER: The company that offers goods or services to consumers within the scope of its commercial or professional activities, or acts on behalf of or for the account of the supplier.
BUYER: A natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from goods or services for commercial or non-professional purposes.
SITE: The website owned and operated by the SELLER.
CUSTOMER: A natural or legal person who requests goods or services through the SELLER’s website.
PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER.
CONTRACT: This Distance Sales Agreement concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER.
3. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is governed by Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. It regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the BUYER through the SELLER’s website, including the product’s characteristics and sales price.
The prices listed and displayed on the website represent the sales prices. Advertised prices and offers remain valid until they are updated or modified. Prices announced for a specific period remain valid until the end of that period.

7.1. The essential characteristics of the goods or services (such as type, quantity, brand/model, color, and serial number) are published on the SELLER’s website. If a promotional campaign is organized, the relevant product details are valid for the duration of the campaign.
7.2. The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. Advertised prices and offers remain valid until updated or changed.
7.3. The total sales price of the contracted goods or services, including all applicable taxes, is displayed at the time of order confirmation.
